Located in the southern part of the central area of Beijing Olympic Park, the National Stadium has a total floor area of 80,890 square meters and is one of the landmarks of the Olympic Center. The National Stadium, commonly known as folding fan, is one of the three main venues for the Beijing Olympic Games.

After the Olympic Games, the National Stadium, as a first-class sports facilities in Beijing, has become a collective sports competition, cultural and entertainment in one, providing multi-functional services to the public activity center.
